Apple Health access
Remend requires read-only Apple Health access because activity and training history make Today and Trends useful. Remend never writes to Apple Health, and imported values remain on your iPhone. To review access, open the Health app, tap your profile, choose Apps and Services, then Remend.
Account and sign-in
Sign in with Apple is the only Remend account method. Your Remend-created records are kept with that private account and load together when you sign in. If Apple supplied a private relay address, you can continue using it with Remend.
Where information is stored
Your profile details, plans, workouts, logs, measurements, settings, and story belong to your signed-in Remend account. Profile images, progress photos, Apple Health imports, and imported Apple workouts remain in protected storage on your iPhone.
Export or delete information
Open the You tab to prepare a data export. You → Remend Account → Delete Remend Account removes cloud account data. You → Erase All Remend Data separately removes protected local images and imported Apple Health copies.
Device requirements
Remend is built for iPhone with iOS 18 or later. Apple Health must be available, and a Sign in with Apple account is required for the signed-in Remend experience.
